About Carol Robb
Carol Robb is a Northerner, originally from Leeds, West Yorkshire. She has Welsh roots so she moved to Wales, learnt Welsh, and then moved to the bright lights of London where she currently lives. The northern twang is still there but the Welsh lilt of the northern Welsh mountains is there as well when needed, and drama school made sure she has RP in her toolkit when she needs it.
Theatre includes: Edna in a national tour of An Inspector Calls, Supernumerary in The Emperor Jones at The National Theatre, Dora Strang in Equus, Kvashnia in The Lower Depths, Sadie in The Rise and Fall of Little Voice, Audrey in Blue Remembered Hills, Greta in Holy Mothers, Inspector Cry in It’s Behind You and Maud and Lin in Cloud Nine.
TV & Film includes: Mildred in The Fitzroy, Princess Beatrice in Victoria and Albert, June Aubrey in Dalziel and Pascoe, Ms Wood in Get You Back (The Bill) and Nurse Chisholm in Ticking Clocks (The Bill), Eunice Wooley in Heartbeat, Dr Morris in Family Affairs, Miss Potter in Holding the Baby and Kitchen Lady in Love Soup.
